Research shows that self-guided treatment for Binge Eating is as effective as traditional in-person therapy. In fact, a Kaiser Permanente Center for Health Research study found that a 12-week, self-guided binge eating cessation program helped over 63% of participants stop binge eating.  This proved more effective than standard care (28% success rate) and reduced expenses related to binge episodes.  Help for binge eating disorder should be available for everyone who wants it.
