We will be discussing how to keep yourself safe on and after Halloween with all the candy and leftovers, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and how to keep yourself feeling safe and comfortable. I will be answering all your questions about binge eating, intuitive eating, body image, the 5 week program, strategies, and anything else you need help with.

You don’t have to go into the Fall and into the Holidays and into 2021 feeling terrible and feeling like you need to do a restrictive diet starting January 1st.

If you can’t attend in person, the link will be sent to you afterwards. In person would be better if you have questions though. Even though it’s a zoom meeting, you can be completely anonymous. No one has to know you are on the meeting or asking questions.
